Code of Conduct
All the Staff of the College must maintain high standards of punctuality, honesty, and professional ethics.
Work within the College policies and practices to satisfy the vision and mission of the College.
Dress decently and appropriately for the tasks undertaken.
Co-operate and collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to support the development of the College and students.
Act in a professional and congenial manner towards colleagues, irrespective of position, gender, or status in the College hierarchy.
Maintain harmonious relations with other staff and students.
Maintain confidentiality in conduct of Examination and other information, unless asked to reveal by the College authority.
Follow the instructions and directions of the Principal.
Constructively contribute toward the development of the College.
Strictly adhere to the academic requirements of the College and maintain the sanctity of the academic environment.
Extend services for the welfare of the community & society at large.
Properly maintain records of the respective portfolio.
Make efforts for continuous development through training programs, workshops, and research & development activities.
Do not accept, or permit family members to accept, any gift in cash or kind from any person for work related to the College.
Do not remain absent without prior permission of the Principal. In case of unavoidable reasons, intimate the Principal on the first day of absence. Else, it may be treated as leave without pay and liable for disciplinary action.
Do not write guides, notes, question papers, answers, circulations etc. for commercial benefit.
Abide by the Code of Professional Ethics laid down by UGC/Other Apex Bodies from time to time.
Provide e-mail ID, Mobile Number, and Postal address to the Principal for official communication. Communication via WhatsApp, e-mail, and Letters on Registered Address will be treated as official. Disciplinary actions/decisions can also be communicated through these modes.
